     This popular indoor sport is played in every city and often the courts (which look like giant WWII airplane hangers or warehouses) have several courts for rent by the hour or by the month (and some public courts are free to Taiwanese citizens in the surrounding community with proper I.D.)

Sometimes they have the word "Badminton" written in English on a sign out front.
