     Besides locally organized expat and Taiwanese clubs, there are several pro & semi-pro teams in Taiwan. Taiwan is well-known around the world for their little-league baseball teams which have won the World Championships many times in the past (although strangely they don't fare too well as adults as there are no Taiwanese playing in the US major leagues.
